How we do it
For printed straws, jumbo paper reels are printed on our flexo printing equipment prior to slitting, providing two colours in one pass.
All plain and printed reels are sliced down into smaller paper bobbins, ready for conversion.
Paper bobbins are attached to a straw production line, which applies adhesive to each layer of paper prior to conversion.
Straw tubes are created using precision spiralling technology and then cut to the desired finishing length.
If requested, your paper straws can be individually wrapped using automated wrapping machines.
Each straw is covered in an extra layer of paper with the ends crimped and sealed to maintain product hygiene.

Storage & Distribution
By using specialist partners, we are able to offer a full pallet and parcel distribution service to UK and international clients with varying delivery requirements.
Upon request, we can store palletised and bulk goods on either a short-term or long-term basis, from small one off consignments to hundreds of pallets.
