Life as an Employee Owned company
Back in 2017, the company successfully completed the transition to an employee-owned business.
As part of the new ownership model, the company’s shares are now kept in a trust fund for the benefit of the employees through an employee-owned trust. The trust has become the company’s main shareholder, and the employees are the trust’s beneficial owners.
Employee representatives in the form of trustees oversee the trust, acting in the best interests of employees in areas such as corporate direction, working environment, and other financial rewards.
