ISO 14001:2015
Our ISO 14001:2015 certification illustrates that Mail Solutions operates an Environmental Management System containing approved policies, processes and procedures for managing the environmental impacts of its products, services and operations.
The ISO 14001:2015 standard provides a systematic approach to environmental management, emphasising the importance of preventive actions and different stakeholder interests.
FSC® Chain of Custody
Being FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Chain of Custody certified enables us to purchase, process, label and sell paper products containing FSC certified material sourced from responsibly managed forests.
The certification ensures that the products bearing the FSC label can be traced back to forests that meet the FSC’s strict environmental and social standards.
PEFC Chain of Custody
Achieving PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) Chain of Custody certification is an important milestone for any business.
It provides assurance to customers that we have appropriate mechanisms in place for tracking certified material from sustainably managed forests to final product, including the use of the PEFC label.
Cyber Essentials
Cyber Essentials is a cybersecurity certification scheme developed by the UK Government to help organisations protect themselves against the growing threat of cyber attacks.
Our Cyber Essential certification demonstrates we have completed an independently verified self-assessment on a series of security controls and measures to mitigate the risk from common cyber threats.
BRCGS Packaging Materials
BRCGS (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards) Packaging Materials is a certification standard to ensure the safety, quality, and legality of packaging materials used in the food and consumer goods industries.
The scope of our certification applies to paper straw business, Intrinsic Paper Straws, for the production plain and printed paper straws for use in food and beverage products.
